Talo (“we”, “us”) provides the Talo bedtime experience for families. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our apps, websites, and related services.
If you are a parent or legal guardian, you are responsible for your child’s use of Talo in child mode and for reviewing this policy together with our Terms of Service.
We use the information above to:
Talo is designed so that parents create and manage accounts and child profiles. We collect personal information from children only where a parent has provided consent and the collection is reasonably necessary to offer the service. Parents may review, update, or delete child profile information from the Talo app or by contacting us.
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the product (for example hosting or audio delivery), under contracts that require appropriate protection, or when required by law.
We retain information as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterward for backups, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Parents may request deletion of personal information subject to legal exceptions.
We use industry-standard safeguards designed to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
If you access Talo from outside your home country, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new date at the top and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app or by email.
