What happens after the 7-night free trial?
After 7 nights, you'll choose your plan. Premium is $4.99/month or $39.99/year, and Family is $7.99/month or $79.99/year. You'll receive an email reminder before the trial ends.
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No credit card required. We ask for a payment method only when your trial ends and you choose to subscribe. If you don't want to continue, just let your trial expire.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a full refund within 48 hours of your first paid day. After that, billing continues month-to-month. Annual plans are non-refundable once active.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime with no questions asked. Your child will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How do Family plan profiles work?
The Family plan supports up to 3 child profiles under one parent account. Each child gets their own personalized stories based on their interests and preferences. You manage all profiles from your parent dashboard.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll pay a prorated amount if switching mid-month. Downgrades take effect on your next billing date.
Is Talo available on the App Store?
Yes — Talo is free to download on the iOS App Store. Android is coming soon.
